Together with any special conditions applicable to a particular itinerary or service, these terms form an integral part of the travel agreement between Rasset Adventures and the traveler.
Rasset Adventures may apply additional or special conditions where justified by the nature of a particular tour, destination requirements, accommodation providers, airlines, transport operators, conservation authorities, or other service providers involved in the delivery of the travel experience. Such special conditions shall be communicated to the traveler before confirmation of the booking and shall not reduce any rights granted under applicable consumer protection laws.
By confirming a booking with Rasset Adventures, the traveler acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the travel agreement becomes legally binding when Rasset Adventures confirms the traveler's booking and issues a booking confirmation.
Once a package tour has been confirmed, cancellation rights are governed by the cancellation provisions contained within these Terms and Conditions.
The lead traveler is the individual whose name appears first on the booking confirmation, invoice, travel documents, or related correspondence.
Any refunds arising from the booking shall normally be issued to the lead traveler.
Travelers under the age of eighteen (18) traveling without a parent or legal guardian must notify Rasset Adventures at the time of booking.
Departure and arrival times shown at the time of booking are provisional unless otherwise stated. Rasset Adventures reserves the right to amend flight schedules, transportation arrangements, or activity timings where necessary due to operational requirements or circumstances beyond its control.
Rasset Adventures will provide general guidance regarding passport validity requirements, visa regulations, and entry procedures for destinations included within the travel itinerary. However, travelers remain solely responsible for ensuring that all required travel documentation is valid, accurate, and available throughout the journey.
General information regarding recommended vaccinations, health requirements, and destination-specific travel advisories may be provided by Rasset Adventures. Travelers are solely responsible for consulting medical professionals and ensuring compliance with all health regulations applicable to their destinations.
Additional services such as domestic flights, airport transfers, hotel extensions, pre-tour accommodations, post-tour accommodations, or connecting travel arrangements shall only form part of the package agreement if specifically confirmed in writing by Rasset Adventures.
Any special requests—dietary requirements, room preferences, medical considerations, accessibility requirements, special celebrations, accommodation upgrades—shall only become part of the agreement when expressly confirmed in writing by Rasset Adventures. While every effort will be made to accommodate such requests, fulfillment cannot always be guaranteed.
Travelers are responsible for carefully reviewing all booking confirmations, invoices, travel vouchers, flight tickets, and travel documents immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies or errors must be reported to Rasset Adventures immediately. Where corrections are required due to inaccurate information supplied by the traveler, administrative charges and supplier-imposed fees may apply.
The lead traveler is responsible for promptly informing Rasset Adventures of any changes to residential address, email address, telephone number, emergency contact information, or any other information necessary for effective communication before and during the journey.
Certain group tours and scheduled departures require a minimum number of participants in order to operate. Where such minimum requirements apply, travelers will be informed before or at the time of booking. Should minimum participation levels not be reached, Rasset Adventures reserves the right to cancel the departure in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Where flights form part of a package tour, tickets must be used in the sequence in which they are issued. Failure to utilize any flight segment may result in subsequent segments being automatically cancelled by the airline.
All tour prices published by Rasset Adventures are quoted as total package prices and include the travel services specifically listed in the itinerary or booking confirmation.
Travelers must pay all deposits, interim payments, and final balances by the due dates specified on invoices or booking confirmations. Failure to make payment by the agreed deadline may result in cancellation of the booking.
Rasset Adventures may require a deposit at the time of booking to secure reservations with lodges, hotels, airlines, national parks, and other suppliers.
If the traveler fails to make payment according to the agreed schedule, Rasset Adventures reserves the right to suspend booking arrangements, cancel the reservation, and recover reasonable costs incurred as a result of the cancellation.
Unless otherwise specified, package prices are based on two persons sharing a standard twin or double room. Single travelers may be required to pay a single occupancy supplement.
Examples of additional expenses that may reasonably arise during the trip include visa fees, travel insurance, personal purchases, optional excursions, laundry services, gratuities, alcoholic beverages, and excess baggage charges.
Travelers may request changes to a confirmed booking, subject to availability and approval by Rasset Adventures and any relevant third-party suppliers. Requested amendments may result in additional charges.
Travelers have the right to cancel their booking at any time before departure. All cancellations must be submitted in writing by the lead traveler. Cancellation charges may vary depending on destination, travel season, and supplier policies.
A traveler may transfer a confirmed booking to another person provided that the replacement traveler satisfies all requirements applicable to the tour. Requests for transfer must be submitted to Rasset Adventures within a reasonable period before departure.
Rasset Adventures may charge a reasonable administration fee to process the transfer. The fee shall not exceed the actual costs incurred as a result of the transfer.
The original traveler and the replacement traveler shall remain jointly responsible for outstanding balances, amendment charges, supplier fees, and additional costs until all financial obligations related to the booking have been fully settled.
Rasset Adventures reserves the right to make changes to the travel agreement when necessary due to operational requirements, supplier adjustments, weather conditions, conservation regulations, transportation schedules, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Where a significant change substantially affects the nature of the travel package, Rasset Adventures shall, where reasonably possible, offer a comparable alternative itinerary, offer a suitable substitute service of similar value, or allow the traveler to cancel the booking without cancellation penalties.
Rasset Adventures reserves the right to adjust package prices where increases result directly from fuel price increases, government taxes, national park fee increases, currency exchange fluctuations, and other specified causes. Any increase shall be limited to actual additional costs incurred.
If Rasset Adventures makes a significant change to the package or increases the package price substantially, the traveler may choose to accept the revised arrangements, accept an alternative package offered, or cancel the booking without paying cancellation charges.
Both Rasset Adventures and the traveler may terminate the agreement before departure where the package cannot be performed due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances occurring at the destination or in its immediate vicinity. Examples include war, natural disasters, epidemics, government restrictions, and serious security threats.
Rasset Adventures is responsible for ensuring that all travel services included in the confirmed package are delivered substantially as described in the travel agreement. Should any service fail to meet the agreed standard, Rasset Adventures will take reasonable steps to address and rectify the issue whenever possible.
Travelers may be entitled to an appropriate reduction in the package price where services included in the agreement have not been delivered as promised. Compensation may be payable where losses arise as a direct result of deficiencies in the services provided, subject to limitations and exclusions described in these Terms and Conditions.
If a traveler believes that any aspect of the package has not been provided as agreed, the traveler must notify Rasset Adventures, its representative, tour leader, guide, or relevant service provider as soon as reasonably possible. Formal written complaints should be submitted following the completion of the trip.
Travelers are expected to act responsibly throughout their journey and comply with all instructions provided by Rasset Adventures, its representatives, guides, drivers, accommodation providers, and other authorized personnel. Travelers must respect local customs, traditions, laws, and regulations.
Each traveler is solely responsible for obtaining and carrying valid travel documents required for the journey, including passports, visas, vaccination certificates, and immigration permits. Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be mandatory for certain itineraries.
Once travel has commenced, travelers must notify Rasset Adventures or its representatives of any intention to deviate from the agreed itinerary. Any additional costs arising from traveler-initiated changes shall be borne by the traveler.
If a traveler encounters difficulties during the journey, Rasset Adventures shall provide reasonable assistance without unnecessary delay. Where assistance results from actions or omissions by the traveler, Rasset Adventures reserves the right to recover reasonable costs incurred.
Rasset Adventures shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performing contractual obligations where such failure results from events beyond reasonable control. In such situations, Rasset Adventures will make every reasonable effort to minimize disruption and assist travelers where possible.
Any personal information collected by Rasset Adventures shall be processed in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws and the company's Privacy Policy.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Rasset Adventures is registered and operates.
By confirming a booking, making payment, or participating in a tour operated by Rasset Adventures, the traveler acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these General Travel Terms and Conditions.
